TenantBrain is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Document storage and management for property-related documents
• Expiry date tracking for certificates and documents
• Automated reminder notifications
• Status indicators showing document dates
• General information tools based on publicly available UK tenancy law

All information, tools, calculators, and content are provided for general informational purposes only. The Service does not create a solicitor-client, advisor-client, or any professional relationship.

UK tenancy law is complex and subject to frequent changes. Individual circumstances vary significantly. You must consult qualified professionals (solicitors, letting agents, financial advisors, local authorities) before making any legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.

TenantBrain and its operators accept no liability for any decisions, actions, or omissions based on information provided through the Service.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:
